1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Wild Moon Corp billing portal service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Wild Moon Corp provides a customer billing portal that integrates with QuickBooks Online, allowing your customers to view invoices, account balances, and make payments through a branded web portal.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must have an active QuickBooks Online subscription
- You must be authorized to connect your QuickBooks account to third-party applications
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
4. QuickBooks Integration
- You authorize Wild Moon Corp to access your QuickBooks Online data via official APIs
- We only read invoice data and write back confirmed payment information
- You can revoke this authorization at any time through your QuickBooks account settings
- Wild Moon Corp is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit Inc.
5. Data Usage and Privacy
- We access only the minimum QuickBooks data necessary to provide the Service
- Customer payment and personal information is processed securely
- We do not store sensitive payment data (credit card numbers, bank account details)
- Payment processing is handled by your existing payment processor

6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks data
- Ensure your payment processor accounts are properly configured
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your portal
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the Service for fraudulent or illegal activities
7. Customer Portal Access
- Your customers access the portal through secure, unique login links
- You are responsible for managing customer access and permissions
- Customers can only view data related to their own account
- Portal access can be revoked at any time by you
8. Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
9. Intellectual Property
- Wild Moon Corp retains all rights to the Service software and technology
- You retain ownership of your business data and customer information
- You grant us license to use your data solely to provide the Service
- Your branded portal design remains your property
10. Payment Processing
- All payments are processed through your existing merchant accounts
- Wild Moon Corp does not handle, store, or process payment funds
- Payment processing fees are between you and your payment processor
- We are not responsible for payment disputes, chargebacks, or processing failures
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Wild Moon Corp's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Wild Moon Corp harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Inaccurate or misleading information you provide
13. Termination
- Either party may terminate service at any time with or without notice
- Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately
- Data synchronization with QuickBooks will stop
- Customer portal access will be disabled
- We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
14. Modifications to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
- Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date
- Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms
- Material changes will be communicated via email when possible
15. Governing Law and Disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware
- Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
- Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association
- Class action lawsuits are waived
16. General Provisions
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between parties
- No waiver of terms unless in writing and signed by both parties
